We issue three classes of digital signature certificates:
- Class 1 — Personal email certificates for digitally signing and encrypting emails and authenticating to web servers.
- Class 2 — Managed certificates for employees, partners, or customers of business and government organizations.
- Class 3 — Certificates for individuals and organizations for e-banking, EDI, e-governance, and all types of financial transactions.
Certificates are generally valid for 2 years for security reasons and must be renewed after expiry. Renewal charges apply after the two-year period. The physical token (Smart Card or USB) is a one-time purchase — you only pay for the token the first time.
We support both Smart Card and USB tokens. The OTP USB token is the preferred option for most users. We also offer Soft Token and Crypto Token variants for organizations that require software-based or blockchain-integrated PKI workflows.
